Bright, floral, a little citrus.

Jasmine on the nose, bergamot in the middle, lemon at the end. Let it cool for a minute. It tastes more like itself on the second sip, which is sort of the whole idea.

Questions

About this one

Which grind should I choose?

Whole bean if you have a grinder, it stays fresh longest. Otherwise pick the method you brew with: espresso (fine), filter (medium, for pour-over and drip) or French press (coarse).

How much coffee per cup?

We start at about 20 g of coffee to 320 g of water for one big mug. The brewing-guide slider on this page shows a few other ratios.

How long does a bag last?

At 20 g a cup, a 340 g bag makes about 17 cups. Roughly two to three weeks for one person, one cup a day.

How do I store it?

Sealed, cool and dark. Skip the fridge for coffee: it picks up moisture and smells.
